Chapter One

Carla,
the architect.

A therapist, writer, and deeply neurodivergent thinker rebuilding what a modern mental health practice can feel like.

To design therapy the way a serious architect designs a home — with intention, with proportion, with care for how the person who lives inside it actually moves.

No more borrowed frameworks. No more square pegs.
